What kinds of documents can I notarize?

Common documents like but not limited to deeds, mortgages, and closing paperwork. Estate planning paperwork like living wills, trusts and power of attorney, affidavits court statements.

What do I need to notarize my document?

You will need your document. Original legal identification document. Your pysical presence. 

What if your identity can’t be verified?

If your identity can’t be verified with the legal documents provided additional verification documents may be requested and you will have an opportunity to reschedule another meeting.

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Please reachout at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule.

Can I reschedule if something unexpected happens close to my appointment?

Life happens. Communication is key. Reschedule may be offered on a case by case basis.
