After the call a confirmation text or email will be sent to your preferred contact method. 

You may also request to meet via video for a quick consultation.

Mailing paperwork

Real estate loan documents will be sent to the appropriate party on your behalf.

Notarized paperwork can be sent to the requested party. After the processing is complete. We ask that you include this request during the consultation.

Mobile notarization.

We offer mobile notarization.

During the initial consultation we will need the exact address and name of the place to meet.

We also need a phone number you can be contacted on at meeting time.

This will be included in the invoice and your signature is needed to confirm the location.

Please do not sign if the information is incorrect.

We can discuss the details over the phone or on a video call.

 

Why meet?

Your identification is verified.

Your document is processed/ finalized.

You are given the finalized paperwork.

Payment and scheduling

During consultation fees will be discussed.

An invoice will be sent to you preferred email address or phone number. 

A payment link will be included.

Once payment is received a receipt will be sent.

An invite to schedule a meeting date will be sent as well.

Confirmation

After consultation an invoice will be sent. Included on the invoice are the service details and price. The meeting location address and name, your contact information to reach you at time of appointment and meeting time will be included. Once confirmed and paid a receipt will be sent to you.

When you schedule an appointment a confirmation email or text will be sent you.

24 Hours prior to your appointment an email or text reminder with the location and contact details will be sent to you as well.

Cancellation

Please contact me 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment date via text or email to receive your full refund for services. You will receive a confirmation that request is received within 1 hour of cancellation. If you do not, please call to confirm your request was received.
